Group Break Rules 

The products sold here are group breaks. With group breaks, you only get the items for the teams or the designated item that you bought and were assigned. You have the opportunity to get some very unique items from these breaks, or no items at all. There is no guarantee that the teams or designated item will come out of the boxes, or that you will receive any item from the break. Each person will have the same and equal chance to win said item. There is also no guarantee that the items pulled will be in a certain condition. Any condition issues must be addressed with the manufacturer. Because of this, there are no refunds accepted. Before you buy in, please make sure you have read the stated rules before purchasing a spot. By purchasing a spot, you are acknowledging that you have read these rules and accept them. 

Watching your breaks 

We will live stream breaks on our YouTube Channel, Championship Collectibles.  After the live stream, the video will be permanently posted to the channel to view your break, and for the participants that were not present for the live break. 

Break Schedule

When the break sells out, we will set a date and time and post the information on our "Break Schedule" section on our website. This page will also list all the upcoming breaks which will include the time. The break time/date will be scheduled 1-4 days from when it sells out. We reserve the right to change the date and/or time of any break, and we will update the website. 

Random team breaks 

These breaks can be in a variety of formats. The most common are random team and pick your team breaks. In random team breaks, you buy a spot that gets you one random team or item in that break. The live random takes place right before we open the sealed boxes live on camera. You will then receive the item for your team or selection that are pulled in the break. 

Pick your team (PYT)  

With "pick your team," you will choose and purchase the team you want from the ones available. That will be your team for the break. You will get the item pulled for your team. There may be other break formats, In those cases, the rules will be written on the listing for that break. 

Random selection process

On the live stream, before we break the boxes, all the names of the break participants will be listed with the names of the team or items. Two six-sided dice will then be rolled and that will be the number of times we will random each list using random.com. The names and teams will then be paired together and posted in the video description and/or on the screen. If a mistake is made while running the random, or if there is an error, we may redo the random (the breaker reserves the right to make the decision depending on the severity of the error/mistake). The randomization will be visible on screen, but if it isn't, the verification codes verify the legitimacy of the results and process. If you have any questions regarding how this works, email us for clarification before buying in. We reserve the right to change the random process at any time. 

Card protection 

All autographs, memorabilia, and high-value cards will be sleeved and top loaded. In some cases, high-end cards may be placed into a magnetic holder. All other cards will be protected in bulk/bunches. A few/several cards could be in one sleeve, top loader, etc. The cards will then be packaged together and shipped in a bubble mailer to the customer. The determination of what is considered "high-value" is up to us. 

Box Breaks vs advertised content  

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that any of the boxes will have any of the advertised content.  

Expired redemptions 

Unfortunately, if an expired redemption is pulled, the company may or may not honor that said redemption. This decision lies solely with the listed manufacture.  

Professional designation NBA, NFL, or MLB team (college, Olympic, high school, etc) 

If the item is an active player, it goes to the team they are currently with. If the item is a retired player or a player who is not currently with a team (ex. free agent), it will go to the team the player played with the longest. If the player didn't play for any one team, the item will go to the team that drafted the player. If the item is an All-Star, Olympic or high school item, the item will be a random selection between all customers in the break using the listed random process.

Items with multiple players or teams on a card 

In the case where there are multiple teams not including all-star items, the item will be a random selection between all customers in the break using the listed random process.  

Shipping policy 

In most cases, packages will be shipped via USPS etc. First Class. Packages will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Other shipping options are available at varying rates. These include expedited rates and international shipping. If no shipping is required for an order where an expedited/international shipping option was selected and paid for, email us to get a refund of the shipping charges paid (minus the fees the provider keeps). Please allow 1-3 business days for items to be shipped. If a customer has multiple orders, the items from those orders may be shipped together in one package with one tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged mail. Please contact the shipping carrier in these situations for the best answers and results. 

If you want shipping insurance, there will be an additional cost. Email us at championshipcollectibles@yahoo.com with the request as soon as possible. If the package has already been shipped, there is nothing we will be able to do. 

If there is an issue with your address, you want to make a change to your shipping preferences, or anything of that nature, please email us at championshipcollectibles@yahoo.com as soon as possible. Additionally, if you are an international customer, and want to make requests or changes to your shipping preferences/information, contact us before the package is shipped. The declared value will be set to a rough estimate of the value of the items being sent. Any customs fees will be paid by the customer. It is up to the customer to select a shipping option that works best for them, or request a different option that they desire. If this is a concern, contacts us with any requests prior to the package being shipped. If you do not get in contact with us in time (as determined by us), there is nothing we will be able to do regarding changes/edits to your order. 

Any packages that are returned to sender must be claimed within 90 days of the items being returned to us. The buyer must contact us via email, choose a shipping option (and fix any issues that caused it to be returned the first time), and pay for that option before it is sent back out. Items that go unclaimed after 90 days will belong to the company. 

Please note: 

  • Once the shipping company accepts a package from us, we cannot control the speed of delivery. 
  • Once you receive your tracking number, if you have any questions regarding the status/movement/tracking of your package, please call the listed shipping company. 
  • We are not responsible for packages that become lost while in the possession of the shipping company 

Refund policy 

Due to the nature of these breaks, there are no refunds accepted 24 hours prior to the break starting/scheduled break time. By purchasing into a break, you acknowledge you have read the break rules and accept them. In the rare case where an item has been damaged on our end, or there is an issue where we are directly at fault, send an email to championshipcollectibles@yahoo.com, so we can try to work through the issue. The value of any reimbursements will be determined by the company based on the value of the item or spot purchased. The reimbursement will be through a method of our choosing. If you request a refund 24 hours prior to the break taking place, you must email us championshipcollectibles@yahoo.com with your name, order number, and the break you would like the refund for. The payment providers take a fee from every payment. This fee is not refunded by the company when a refund is sent. Because of this, the refund won't be the full amount that was paid. There will be 5% restocking fee deducted from all refunds. 

Coupon Codes 

The company will offer coupons for various discounts. We reserve the right to reject/decline any coupon codes at any time. If a code is used in a way that is not allowed/intended, it will be rejected/declined. In these cases, the discount and corresponding order settings will not be honored or observed. The buyer will have to pay for the remainder of the total if the order is not cancelled already. 

E-gift Cards

Customers that purchase E-gift cards through the store will be sent an email with the gift card code. This code can be used at checkout within the store.

Filling breaks 

Breaks may fill at varying times depending on the interest of the listed item. In the rare case that the break does not fill, we will cancel the break and provide a refund.
